We are so excited to send you our sustainable luxury! We know you can’t wait to show off your new items, however, please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be processed. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $175

Ground - Delivery in 5-7 business days ($15)
Expedited - Delivery in 2-3 business days ($20)
Overnight - Delivery in 1-2 business days ($50)

International Shipping Rates (We are Worldwide!)

We charge CAD$20 for standard shipping to Canada. For all other international shipping rates, please switch to your country and currency from the upper left corner of our website by clicking the country flag and add your desired items to cart.  Once you checkout you will be given all your shipping costs and fees if any.



We want you to love your BLEUSALT garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your online or BLEUSALT app order, you may request a return using our self return portal. Return requests are processed Monday through Friday.  We are not offering exchanges at this time.

BLEUSALT accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must include related accessories. Items in capsules/sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging. Items will be inspected upon arrival for approval. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating your refund has been issued to the original payment method.  If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and products will be forfeited. Original shipping fees, customs, duties, and other related charges are non-refundable.     

  • BLEUSALT is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments. 
  • BLEUSALT is not responsible for tracking your refund with your financial institution.

All Sale Merchandise is Considered a Final Sale.

No returns or exchanges. Previous/future purchases are not eligible for a discount or sale price adjustment.

All Face Covers (Triangle Scarves, Masks) are Considered a Final Sale.

No returns or exchanges on these items due to the current COVID-19 health situation. 

Personalized Merchandise/Limited Edition Products are Considered a Final Sale. 

No returns or exchanges on Caps, Totes, Bags, or personalized merchandise such as Boat Coats/monogrammed items.

If a BLEUSALT gift card is purchased it is non-refundable 

Items purchased using a BLEUSALT Gift Card may be returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original gift card. 

Online Order Returns Will Not be Accepted in Retail Stores

No returns or exchanges for online orders will be accepted at retail store locations.
