Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer complimentary ground shipping within the United States. 

How long does shipping take?

All orders placed within the contiguous United States will be delivered within 7-10 business days (unless otherwise noted on specific products). Please allow for up to 72 hours for order processing. 

I can't wait to wear my BLEUSALT! Can I get it sooner?

Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $20.00 and Overnight shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $50.00. Just select the option you prefer at checkout.

Can I make a return?

We want you to love your BLEUSALT. If you decide for any reason to return your purchase, you have 17 days from your order date to request a return. All items must be unworn with the original tags attached. To request a return please email customercare@bleusalt.com. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line. 

Once we receive your item(s), we will issue a refund within 14 days with the card used to purchase the item.

Can I make an exchange?

Can I order outside of the United States?

BLEUSALT offers international shipment through FedEx. International orders are processed from our warehouse in Los Angeles within 48 hours of being received, Monday through Friday. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive.

What if my product is backordered?

Items that aren't available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. We'll provide you with an approximate ship date when you add the item to your bag and when you check out. Backorder ship dates are approximate, and we'll email you if the date changes. Please note that, while your credit card will be authorized on the date you place your order, you will not be charged until the item ships.
