We are so grateful you chose Bleusalt for your SUSTAINABLE and Luxurious Classic Basics made from The Softest Fibers on Earth!  We understand your eagerness to showcase your new items; however, kindly allow up to 2-4 business days for your order to be processed.  Orders are processed Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm Pacific Time.  For orders with monogramming, please factor in an additional day.  Rest assured, you'll receive an email notification as soon as your order is shipped.  Thank you for your patience!

Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $175

Ground - Delivery in 5-7 business days ($15)
Expedited - Delivery in 2-3 business days ($20)
Overnight - Delivery in 1-2 business days ($50)

International Shipping Rates (We are Worldwide!)

Our standard shipping fee to Canada is CAD$20.  For international shipping rates to other destinations, kindly switch to your country and currency at the bottom left corner of our website by clicking the drop-down menu and selecting your country.  Add your desired items to the cart, and during checkout, you will receive your shipping costs and any applicable fees.

Order Delays: BLEUSALT is not responsible for items lost in transit, stolen, carrier delays, or weather delays, as these factors are unfortunately beyond our control. Reach out to customer service for concerns regarding this policy, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

*Orders placed on major holidays may experience delays based on volume/inventory.

Customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.  Additionally, BLEUSALT is not responsible for tracking your refund with your financial institution.

 

Returns

We want you to adore your BLEUSALT garments. If, for any reason, your online or BLEUSALT app order falls short of your expectations, you can initiate a return through our self-return portal (linked below).

Return requests are processed Monday through Friday, though please note that we are presently not facilitating exchanges.

BLEUSALT gladly accepts returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.  To ensure a hassle-free return process, kindly return all items in their original packaging, including related accessories. Please be mindful that items in capsules/sets must not be separated and should be returned intact in their original packaging.

Upon receipt, returned items undergo inspection for approval.  If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email confirming the processing of your return.  However, it's important to be aware that any additional items included in a return that was not approved will be forfeited.

Returns not meeting the specified criteria will be denied, and denied returns won't qualify for a refund or store credit.  The products included in denied returns will be forfeited.  Original shipping fees, customs, duties & taxes, and other associated charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and verify your return package, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the return. Note that a $7.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Domestic: Refunds, depending on your bank/payment method, may take up to 3-5 business days.
  • International: Refunds, depending on your bank/payment method, may take up to 5-10 business days.
  • Store Credit: Opting for store credit means that upon receiving and verifying your return package, we will exchange your item for store credit. Please note that in this case, the $7.00 restocking fee is waived.

Please note that all sale merchandise is final, with no returns or exchanges allowed.  This includes face covers (triangle scarves, masks) due to any health concerns, as well as personalized merchandise/limited edition products, caps, totes, bags, and monogrammed items.

If you purchase a BLEUSALT gift card, it is non-refundable.  However, items bought using a BLEUSALT Gift Card may be returned for a refund or store credit, issued back to the original gift card.

Online order returns will not be accepted in retail stores.  Kindly follow these guidelines for a smooth return experience.
