Does Bleusalt Shrink?

No, Bleusalt does not shrink

Can I use the triangle scarf as a mask?

No, you can not use the single triangle scarf as a mask- The general rule is if you
can blow out a candle with your face covering then it will not be effective.

Can I use a discount code during a sale?

No.

Can the pants be hemmed?

Shipping & Returns

Can I preorder an item so I can make sure I get it before it sells out?

While you can't preorder, you can be notified when your item returns to stock. A pop-up will prompt you to add your name and email when you try to order a currently out of stock item so you can be notified.

My item came without tags!

As a minimal waste company, we don't use any tags.

Are returns free?

All US-based returns are free. Fees apply for international orders.

What is Bleusalt's return policy?

We want you to love your BLEUSALT garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your online or BLEUSALT app order, you may request a return using our self return portal. Return requests are processed Monday through Friday.

BLEUSALT accepts online returns of non-sale, unworn/unwashed merchandise within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must include related accessories. Items in capsules/sets may not be separated and must be returned complete in its original packaging. Items will be inspected upon arrival for approval. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating your refund has been issued to the original payment method.  If you return a package that does not meet this criteria, it will be denied. All denied returns will not receive a refund and products will be forfeited. Original shipping fees, customs, duties, and other related charges are non-refundable.     

BLEUSALT is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments. 

BLEUSALT is not responsible for tracking your refund with your financial institution.

All Sale Merchandise is Considered a Final Sale.

No returns or exchanges. Previous/future purchases are not eligible for a discount or sale price adjustment.
